Beyond The Jersey Recruiting & Mentorship

 The college recruiting journey is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming for athletes and their families. I’ve lived it myself as a two-sport college athlete, and I’ve guided my nephew, daughter, and others through their own paths in Division I, Division II, Division III, JUCO, and NAIA athletics. Each experience showed me that recruiting is about much more than a roster spot — it’s about finding the right home where student-athletes can thrive in every aspect of their lives.
